Armacap


The production cycle (order processing time + shipping time) of customized products varies according to product complexity. Please consult customer service when placing an order.

Order processing time for standard products: 15–20 business days

Custom items: Please confirm production cycle and shipping time with customer service before ordering. Custom products typically require manufacturing, with a production cycle ranging from 2–8 weeks.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES


Most orders are delivered within approximately 15–30 business days to major countries, but many variables may affect actual delivery times.

Please allow 2–6 weeks for final delivery.

Large/oversized parcels (over 5kg or oversized truck bed covers): We will arrange specialized large-parcel shipping, with a delivery time of approximately 4 weeks.

SHIPPING FEE


  1. Free shipping on orders over $49 to the following countries:

    USA, Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom

For orders below $49 to the above countries, a flat shipping fee of $8.99 applies.

  1. United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Fixed shipping fee of 300 USD

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, and you can track your order here.

Shipping times exclude clearance and customs delays, as these are outside of our control.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES


Product prices are listed in USD, inclusive of taxes but exclusive of customs duties.

Some countries may apply customs and import fees. All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer.

We are unable to estimate duty amounts, but your local customs authority can provide guidance.

We cannot be held responsible for any customs-related actions, costs, taxes, or delays, as these are beyond our control.
